I found the staff really helpful. They helped me with directions. the room included air conditioning, very necessary. i could leave my luggage after checkout, a great CONVENIENCE.
the walls were thin, and i could hear some noise from other rooms at times. it wasn't too bad, but some noise reduction would be REALLY helpful.

the hotel is near the central plaça. this area has plenty of supermarkets and cafés. it offered easy access to various dining and shopping options, very usefull .

The staff were amazing. they were communicative and polite when adressing my questions. i apreciate their help and friendly disposition. They were always willing to assist with any inquiry.

the location is really great. the hotel is literally two minutes away from la rambla. it is also three or four minutes away from the mercat la boqueria. important landmarks are within walking distance

the location are great and i really enjoyed that it's central to everything. many stores were nearby. the staff are so awesome and always available. i found them very helpful.
also, the soundproofing weren't sufficient, so i hears noise. the room are small and the bed wasn't very comfortable to me.
